8 Reasons I Use Honeybook (and 50% off your subscription)
/If you’re unfamiliar with Honeybook, it’s a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool I’ve been using to help book clients more efficiently and keep my business organized. I’d be lost without it. It houses all of my brochures, proposals, emails and contracts as templates, making the booking process so simple. You can even automate workflows for next level streamlining. I truly believe you need a CRM like Honeybook in order to scale your photography business from side hustle to full time.
8 Reasons I Use Honeybook:
The contact form. You can create multiple contact forms in Honeybook and then paste the code into your website. That way, when clients fill out the contact form on your website, you immediately get an email from Honeybook that creates a new project. From there, it’s only one or two clicks and you can send your brochure.
Templates. I have templates created in Honeybook for brochures, proposals, and even emails. It saves so much time. I even sent contracts and brochures from the Honeybook app when I was on the beach in Mexico.
Payment reminders. Honeybook sends payment reminders to your clients so you don’t have to. It also nudges them with automated emails if they are late on a payment. This is so helpful because as a creative, I’m not focused on collecting payments, but thankfully Honeybook is!
Questionnaires. I’ve customized the questionnaire for my wedding clients so every single base is covered. I then use that info to create a custom itinerary for them. I’ve saved so many back and forth emails and phone calls by implementing this into my workflow.
Bookkeeping. Whenever I want to look at financial reports for my business, I go to Honeybook. It easily pulls these reports for you and also tells you details you didn’t even know you needed. The best part is that it links to Quickbooks so when it comes time to do taxes, it’s so unbelievably easy.
Organization. Honeybook streamlines your entire business from the initial client inquiry to the automated follow up email asking clients to leave a review after the project is completed.
Calendar sync. Honeybook automatically syncs your projects to your phone’s calendar so you don’t have to.
Branding. Everything on Honeybook is customizable, meaning you can have your templates and emails matching your website and brand. This adds a level of professionalism that I’m looking for as a business owner.
