This 9-page Canva template includes all of the questions you should ask your couples so you can be fully prepared to photograph their wedding day. Swap in your photo and name, export as a PDF, and send this to your couples to fill out 6-8 weeks before their wedding. After receiving their filled out questionnaire, you’ll use those answers to create a unique timeline just for their wedding day. They can then share it with their friends, family, wedding party, and other wedding vendors. They will be blown away by your expertise, added value, cohesive workflow, and attention to detail. Photographers will also often use the questions on this template to create their own template within their CRM so their workflow can be more streamlined. For example, I use Honeybook and do this.
